The difference between them is the recommended cleaning time required. The quotes are based on the number of hours needed for the cleaning. If you require more hours than you book to complete all your requirements, our cleaners can stay longer and add extra time as needed. General cleaning consists of routine cleaning tasks that are normally carried out to maintain a house. General cleaning tasks to keep your space in good condition. Deep cleaning is when a property has not been cleaned in a while and a high level of cleaning work is necessary. This work is deeper than standard cleanings and often takes longer. Entry/exit cleaning is a deep clean that occurs between occupants. It is important to us to do a large scale deep clean so that the new owners can enjoy a sparkling clean environment with no signs that the place was occupied.
We take care of bringing all the cleaning supplies and tools needed for the job. It is important that you can share precise details of everything you would like to clean at the time of booking. All cleaning supplies and tools are included in your reservation, except for a vacuum cleaner, which we can bring for an additional $20 charge. Select "add a vacuum cleaner" at the time of booking.
After completing your booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will also receive login details in your Client Portal, where you can view your next appointment, add notes and make changes at your convenience.
Our reservations are 100% flexible. You can change your appointment date, start time or cancel for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid our $69 cancellation fee.
Yes, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking. We will place a hold on your credit card for the cleaning fee two days prior to your service appointment and you will not be charged until the cleaning is completed.
It is possible to clean when you are not at home. We recommend that the client meet with the cleaners upon arrival to do a walk-through of the property and make their cleaning needs known. However, if you are unable to be home, it is important to share detailed instructions on what you would like to focus on during the cleaning. You can provide us with access information, either a lockbox code or by visiting the front desk receptionist.
We service the City of Toronto and most of the Greater Toronto Area. If you are outside the GTA, please contact us for a quote.

That is why we require clients to meet with our cleaners upon arrival and do a walk-through of the property to set expectations about everything you would like to do during the cleaning. It is important to return to your home before the cleaners have finished and review The Progress of the job or authorize overtime as needed. We do not clean: human/pet waste or bodily fluids, vermin infestations, unsafe exterior windows or balconies, or anything you can't reach with a stool. We can load and run your dishwasher and make your beds with clean sheets. We will only clean accessible areas and cannot clean areas that we cannot physically reach for the safety of our staff. If you have high ceilings or hard to reach places, please mention this during the booking process and send us pictures to make sure we are equipped to clean to your satisfaction.
